December 14th, 2021ARCH Consulting Group seeks a motivated Communications & Marketing Assistant to work with our team of enthusiastic professionals. ARCH Consulting Group is an international development firm based in Belize, offering strategy consultation, project management and development, and communication services to national and international clients.


The Communications & Marketing Assistant will be working under the direction of the company’s Managers, the supervision of the Office Executive Assistant, and in collaboration with the Media Team. He/She will be in charge of managing and producing marketing communications and social media content for the different accounts of the firm on various media and social media platforms, under the guidance of the Communications Officer.


Main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating the development and delivery of communication content for various industries and clients

  • Developing, writing, and editing marketing and communications materials, including press releases, blog posts and social media content

  • Working with communications team members and partners to conceptualize and implement communications strategies and campaigns

  • Developing and maintaining the annual marketing and communications plan in alignment with the organization’s short term and long-term strategic goals

  • Performing media outreach to achieve brand placement in publications

  • Directing and implementing online/digital media strategy and activities including managing website(s) and all social media portals and outlets

  • Working with staff to meet annual goals to provide content for the website, newsletter, and digital news

  • Supporting companies branding initiatives and ensure that all communications and marketing material aligns with brand standards

  • Conducting research, write articles and blog content

  • Tracking campaign and SEO analytics and report

  • Other related tasks


Qualifications:

  • Ideally 2+ years prior experience in a communications, social media, and/or marketing role

  • Understand the best practices of the main social media channels

  • Strong communicator exhibiting superior written communication skills and ability to compose engaging and accurate content

  • Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is an asset

  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus

  • Understanding of communications, public relations, and marketing best practices
