ARCH Consulting Group is seeking an Administrative & Operations Assistant to join its team

ARCH Consulting Group is an international development and cooperation firm based in Belize City, Belize, offering technical delivery, research, strategy consultation, and project management services to intergovernmental and private entities in Belize and in the region.

Position: Administrative & Operations Assistant (Full-time, Remote)



The Administrative & Operations Assistant will work under the supervision of the Operations Officer and will be responsible for assisting with operational and administrative tasks in project execution and for the company.

Main duties include but are not limited to:


  • Assisting the Operations Officer with operational tasks throughout project execution and daily company tasks.

  • Providing secretarial services for the company and the Managing Partner, including day trips within the country when necessary for administrative, logistical, and purchasing arrangements.



  • 2+ years prior experience in a similar position (e.g. as Administrative Assistant, Operations Assistant, Executive Assistant).

  • Strong command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Spanish a plus.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Experience in project management and/or cooperation/international development is preferred, but not mandatory.
