ARCH Consulting Group has enjoyed a fruitful and long-standing working relationship with Ignite Ltd, Belize’s leaders in audiovisual and media production. The work began in 2019 when Ignite contracted ARCH to create a comprehensive organizational system for the company’s internal production. This included an assessment of the company’s former organizational structure, consultations with employees, and the development of a new and more efficient system based on the results of the research done.
This initial project paved the way for a working relationship that continues to thrive today. ARCH provides project management services that have been instrumental in making Ignite more systematic, and by extension, creating a more seamless experience for their clients.
Along with project management, ARCH also provides IGNITE with a multitude of other services which include:

Strategic and operational planning; collected feedback after each project to adjust for maximum efficiency, projects monitoring and evaluation

A notable project was the Road Safety Campaign undertaken in 2017, renewed in 2021–2023 where ARCH assisted Ignite in the managing the project along with the Ministry of Economic Development, and the financial support of the Caribbean Development Bank and the Government of Belize. It was a gender-sensitive and socially inclusive communications and awareness campaign of traffic laws and new legislation, safe driving practices, as well as risks and safe practices.
ARCH increased awareness by communicating good road safety practices through multiple print, broadcast, and social media campaigns that provided key knowledge about priority road safety issues. It assisted in the capacity of public relation and project management coordination, organizing interviews with local media, conducting focus groups for various products of the campaign to assess effectiveness, and supporting project partners in the dissemination of information about the campaign to the target audience.
Another of ARCH’s projects undertaken for the IGNITE team was the coordination of the executive production and the public release of “Time Fu Eat,” between May 2021 and May 2022. Time Fu Eat is a Belizean short film fully produced in Belize by a Belizean crew, that explores how various people's lives and youths are impacted by socioeconomic pressures and political corruption in the country. ARCH assisted in positioning the movie for entering regional and international film competitions, and within the national scene. ARCH also developed a communication strategy to garner interest and inform the Belizean public about the movie’s release. In charge of the public relations of the event, ARCH coordinated several interviews with local media outlets, organized a private side event during the Belize International Film Festival, composed an invitation list with special guests, gathered partners and sponsors, and created and released communication products throughout the event. During the event, the ARCH team conducted full media coverage via photos, video footage, and a live Q&A session.
